Experience
- Advises closely held businesses and their owners in a broad range of legal matters, including formation, taxation, succession planning, and transactions.
- Counsels individuals and families on estate and asset protection planning including revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, charitable trusts, gift planning, multigenerational and discounted gifts, charitable and split-interest trusts, domestic asset protection trusts, estate and gift tax return preparation.
- Represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries following death with all aspects of the administration of estates and trusts, including trust administration, probate, intestate estates, estate tax returns and estate and trust income tax returns.
- Represents clients in the purchase, sale and finance of real estate.
