For the past 15 years Evan H. Kaploe has specialized in tax controversy and planning, corporate, estate planning, and bankruptcy. As a former attorney for the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel and a Special Assistant United States Attorney, Evan has a broad range of experience representing business and their owners in tax court, bankruptcy court, tax tribunals and federal courts. He also approaches every transaction with an eye towards minimizing tax burdens and risk of government intervention.
Experience
